Chandler Rylko is a Los Angeles based SAG-AFTRA actor known for portraying psychologically complex characters in drama, thriller and genre films.

He stars opposite Danielle Harris in the upcoming horror feature The Devouring, where he plays Charles, a college professor seeking a fresh start who becomes entangled in a seductive and increasingly dangerous world that spirals into violent supernatural events. The role allowed Chandler to anchor much of the film’s emotional arc while incorporating stunt work, practical effects, and high-stakes genre storytelling.

Chandler delivered a breakout dramatic performance in the ensemble feature The Toy Soldiers, directed by Erik Peter Carlson. Set against the backdrop of 1980s Los Angeles, the film follows six intersecting lives over one fateful night. Chandler stars as Elliot Harris, a troubled teenager navigating addiction, abuse, and first love — a raw performance that helped propel the film to a nationwide theatrical release through AMC Theatres before moving to streaming.

He previously appeared on the FOX series Rosewood as charismatic cult leader John Teller, a chilling antagonist that showcased his ability to inhabit darker psychologically layered roles.

Chandler also appeared alongside Anne Heche and Graham McTavish in the psychological thriller Chasing Nightmares, continuing his work in suspense driven storytelling.

Originally from Chicago, Chandler moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting and first gained attention through acclaimed short films, including the award-winning drama Savanna, where he demonstrated a natural ability with emotionally demanding material.

He made his feature film debut as a lead in the romantic comedy Cupid’s Arrow opposite Najarra Townsend and C. Thomas Howell.

Chandler is currently filming the Western feature The Outlaws of Mendocino and recently wrapped a stylized neo-noir thriller exploring themes of desire, deception, and control.

He has appeared as a model in campaigns for American Apparel, Blood Is the New Black, Chaser LA, GMC, and K‑Swiss, as well as editorial features in Stuff magazine.

Chandler is a vintage Star Wars collector — a passion that reflects his lifelong love of film. He currently resides in Los Angeles.
